You are hilarious. I too, ran my first 5K not long ago after many years of dreading running and never actually trying (well, every once in awhile, as in once a year, I'd get up off the couch and try to run a mile and then throw up). I trained for about 4 months for a 5K and was able to run the whole 3.1 miles - miracle. I am now training for a 5 mile and have managed to get a couple of my girlfriends into running. Stick with the program and keep that goal in front of you, no matter what. You can do it!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
